Phi Kappa Phi Chapter 223 at Western Oregon University (WOU) is a prestigious, invitation-only honor society recognizing academic excellence across all disciplines. Founded in 1897 nationally and established at WOU in 1981, it inducts the top 10% of seniors/graduate students and 7.5% of juniors, holding an annual induction ceremony in April.
