Turning Point USA .inc at Western Oregon University, is organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3), to empower informed civic and cultural engagement grounded in American exceptionalism and a positive spirit of action. Turning Point USA at Western Oregon University guides students through development of knowledge, skills, values, and motivation, so they can meaningfully engage in their communities to restore traditional American values like patriotism, respect for life, liberty, family, and fiscal responsibility. These values establish the goals that our club would like to achieve. We want to establish a space for students to express and develop their conservative and libertarian values together.
