The Edgar H. Smith Fine Arts Series (SFAS) at Western Oregon University (WOU) is a long-running, premier performing arts series in Monmouth, OR, established in 1976. It presents diverse, world-class music, dance, and theater performances at Rice Auditorium, aiming to enrich the mid-Willamette Valley community through cultural events and educational outreach.
