he purpose of the Western Oregon University Creative Writers’ Guild is to provide members with a regular space and time to write, as well as give or receive feedback on their work. We strive to build a space where all creative writers of any medium feel comfortable to write and/or share their work with the guild. Members will be encouraged to bring their own writing equipment to guild meetings, or you may be stuck with pencil and paper.
So if you have no time to write elsewhere; if you want feedback to improve; if you’re just starting your journey, but excited to delve into worlds of possibility and passion, our goal is to help you become part of a community of like-minded writers and thinkers. Please, feel free to drop by!
Meeting Wednesdays 11am-12pm for sharing and steering, and Fridays 10am-12pm for drop-in workshops. Both in Hamersly 116.
