SUMMARY:Earth Science Scholarship Fundraiser Rafting Trip
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exciting weekend of camping and rafting on the Deschutes River in Maupin\, Oregon from Friday evening June 19 to Sunday morning June 21\, 2026. Registration fee includes a tax-deductible gift to help support the Earth Science Academic Advancement Fund. Proceeds will be used to elevate the fund value over the minimum threshold to provide annual scholarships for students majoring in Earth and Environmental Science at Western Oregon University. Field trip participation is open to all in the campus community and beyond. Register for the trip today. Deadline is May 15\, 2026; Early Bird registration discounts are available through April 15\, 2026. Participation options include an all-inclusive camping-rafting package or a camping-day hike alternative.
