Hamersly Open Educational Resources (OER) Award Program is an initiative at Western Oregon University, managed by the Hamersly Library and the Office of Academic Innovation. The program encourages faculty to make Open Education-related changes to their courses, such as replacing traditional, high-cost textbooks with open educational resources.
